Applicable

These conditions are applicable to all agreements that are made with Designerclothesonline.co.uk, irrespective of which means of communication are used. By ordering, you accept our general conditions.

Prices and costs

Realisation of the agreement

The order and transaction always take place in the United States of America.

If Designerclothesonline.co.uk can not determine your address, your order will be not be valid. Designerclothesonline.co.uk is entitled to refuse an order or to attach special conditions to a delivery. The agreement is realised at the moment you confirm your delivery online.

Right of annulment

The ‘not-good-money-back’ period of 10 days is applicable for all your purchases. During this period you have the right of annulment which means you may send the order you received back to us, with no further obligations, except for the shipping costs which are on your account. In this case you need to use the changes and returns and send the items undamaged, unused and with the original labels attached to it back to us as described on the service pages of Designerclothesonline.co.uk  If you wish to exchange your item for another size or color, no shipping costs will be charged.

In case you received a wrong or wrongly delivered order, you can also use the changes and returns and return the items to Designerclothesonline.co.uk. Shipping costs will be paid for by Designerclothesonline.co.uk.

Delivery

Designerclothesonline.co.uk will deliver the approved orders as soon as possible and in order of receipt Delivery will take place 6 – 10 working days after receipt of the payment. In case an order can not be shipped because the item(s) is/are not in stock or is for another reason delayed you will be notified at least 5 days after you placed your order.

Designerclothesonline.co.uk is not responsible for damage that occurred because delivery times are exceeded.

Designerclothesonline.co.uk will deliver your order as descibed on the customer service pages at Designerclothesonline.co.uk.

Shipping guarantee

All shipments are insured by Designerclothesonline.co.uk. Any damage noticed before opening your parcel, you should be reported. If the parcel was opened at the moment you notice any damage, please contact our Customer Service Team immediately. Damaged items will be replaced by Designerclothesonline.co.uk at their expense.

In case you do not pay within the agreed period of 15 days, you are, without notice of default, in neglect. Starting from the due date Designerclothesonline.co.uk is entitled by contract to charge interest. When you are in neglect you are obliged to refund all collection costs, judicial and extrajudicial, even when these costs exceed the lawsuit costs. The liability is in all cases limited to the purchase price of the concerning item(s). In no case will the indemnification as mentioned in this paragraph exceed 1.000 (approx. 850 or 1.400).
