In case an order can not be shipped because the item(s) is/are not in stock or is for another reason delayed you will be notified at least 5 days after you placed your order.

All shipments are insured by Designerclothesonline.co.uk. Any damage noticed before opening your parcel, you should be reported. If the parcel was opened at the moment you notice any damage, please contact our Customer Service Team immediately. Damaged items will be replaced by Designerclothesonline.co.uk at their expense.
