This shirt-sleeve cotton crew neck T-shirts is a perfect wear when I do excersize. It weights very light and absords sweat. I usually use walking machine for an hour. The shirt rapidly takes in sweat. So, I feel very comfortable even after the excersise. This is my best recommendation for all athletes.
